Shipping policy

 All RTS products will ship within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise stated).

Please note, the shipping time you choose at checkout only applies to the shipping speed of your order. This is not guaranteed with the shipping companies. Our turnaround time is still the same no matter what shipping speed/transit time you choose.

If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping again in order for us to reship your order back to you.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Claims must be made through the postal service in which your package was carried. Once it leaves our shop, we have no control of what mail carriers do with the packages.
